Also, we're currently having a problem authenticating the account Renaissance as it is failing to send the e-mail to the address we gave it. What could the problem here be?

I don't know, but i am having a similar problem. The email isn't being sent.

The account is working now, but seeing as I already accidentally placed a vote (school computer auto-logged in), I need it disabled. So please disable ratings on Renaissance (and [Excel]).
